1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Verkies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Verkies provides software development services including MVP development, web application design and development, and UI/UX design. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements between Verkies and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. Verkies retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Verkies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
Verkies reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
